it's been MONTHS and I've gotten THREE of these fails. Reported directly to Ebay every time, they say "rest assured, we are working on this!" They've done NOTHING to fix this issue and it causes MAJOR problems with customers who are quoted a shipping cost only to be told it's going to cost a LOT more. (See image for error message). Have tried multiple browsers AND different computers. DOES NOT WORK!
