I'll accept (in a day or two) the work-around of using Paypal to print paperwork, as a solution to this query; as You like these threads to be wrapped up neatly. This was helpful to the problem but NOT an answer to the reason for the problem. Not an answer to avoid issues in the future.
Ebay corp. should think that "we" little sellers are Not out to outwardly defie their requirements, as if "we" out of tens of hundred's of thousands of sellers could "upset" them by not following the rules. IF I am to believe that this Order print function and other small things i've found , have been restricted from me because I have not met their banking change deadline, it makes me feel like I am beeing penalized! I have not been able to make these changes because of hardship in my life. This is my main income stream outside of disability payments. It is important to me. So perhaps, before making the whole situation MORE labour intensive , eBay could ask if they could help somehow??
I've applied for a new bank account to accomodate this business, but I may not meet requirements because of being on disabilty. I do not want my bookkeeping being more complicated by having ALL ebay transactions lost within my main bank /bill transactions. - I am also loathe to be forced to learn a new shipping system.... - Paypal shipping has worked wel for me. - Now my Buyer shipping income will not be deposited into my Paypal account, so not available to same day ship out the product!! - Many of my products ship overseas at rates of $35-60 each! - I do not have this money free and clear somewhere else, while I wait on transfers back to my Paypal account. Thus I cannot see yet that I have any other option but to use the shipping thru Ebay now. -PS my taxes are also more than a year behind from being ill. So now I have to learn new sales / shipping reports also, in order to get my figures straight. -
Also ,another issue on my list that I have to address (without time) is my Top Seller Rating is about to be effected from buyers who have clicked off " didn't recieve item in time" - during the holiday rush and Covid.
--I'm sure that I read that eBay wasn't going to allow ratings to be effceted during Covid PO short staff delays...?? - BUT this isn't even the case here - as 3 of the buyers saying they were delivered late, wrote in their Feedback " Shipped incredibly quickly" or similar!! I'd say 85% of my buyers comment on how fast I ship and deliver to them !! -So maddening... I know this isn't where I adress this issue, I'll copy and keep these comments so that when I have time to find the correct place to adress this problem, I'll have some of the work done.. -- ok cheers - Melanie
