I will be on holidays next week. I see some sellers have a note saying they will be away until a certain date. How do I do this?

You can only use vacation mode if you have an eBay store, otherwise you will have to end your listings or extend your handling time to reflect the amount of time you will be away.

Since you cannot ship while you are away, there is little point in leaving your listings open.

Extending your handling time, at best, will make a savvy buyer think you are shipping from overseas. The ones who don't notice will be angry at your slow shipping.

You have 50 Free listings each month since you do not have a Store.

You have another 50 Free on dotCOM .

Then you pay 30-35c each for a 30 day listing of the other 90.

You do not get a refund when you close early, but your listings go to your Unsold List and can be relisted at a single click for 60 days.

You will pay new listing fees for your relisted items (less the 50 Free on each site).
