How do I get rid of messages? Please!!!!!!!!!

How do I get rid of messages that are piling up on my Selling Overview page. They are all questions that I have answered and then they get back and say: "thank-you" and then unless I message them back, they stay there forever it seems - It's Catch 22.

Anyone know how to delete them?

If you go to My eBay Selling, filter your listings for "awaiting answer", in bar above your listings.

Then go to Actions column at right. In the dropdown box for each listing click "Mark as answered".

You can do the same with slightly different set up in Seller Hub.

Nope - no bar and no drop down. just a blue reply bar. Nothing else anywhere. I ended up just using a period as a message for each one and they are all gone. Except of course if they message me back and tell me there was no message.

You have to be logged into ebay.ca to see the button that allows you to mark them as answered.  If you're on .com, it doesn't show up.
