Invisible offers

Got 6 offers today, very good ones. I accepted all of them. Ebay sent the notification to my iPhone application and to my Seller Hub.  No e-mail at all. Sometimes I get offers sent to my e-mails, sometimes only to my phone/seller hub. Anyone here experiences the same problem?

The system is out of whack...

...sometimes I get the email after I have already accepted the offers on the app. Just eBay being eBay.

Same thing with my account over the years with offer emails... they'll randomly stop for a period, then randomly start again. I never changed any email settings on my end so it seems to be a system glitch.
