Light packet option seems to be fixed?

I just tested a US transaction from last week and was able to see the light and small packet options when I started the label from eBay. I wasn't able to see those options on that same transaction when I looked this weekend. I did try a few different times and it seemed to work each time.  I don't have a label to print don't know how that is working now.

The eBay pricing seems to be in place when starting the label from eBay.

When starting the label from PayPal light packet is no longer an option but small packet is.  I checked both small and tracked packet USA and both showed the small business rate. ($8.49 for a 100 gram small packet, $16.25 for TP.   From what I understand this is how printing directly from PP will work.
