Right now I am still under the 'old' system of using PayPal for my sales. I received the messaging that I must convert to Managed Payments or else, so I'm trying to learn about Managed Payments. Apparently under MP, buyers can still pay for items purchased via PayPal, but the seller won't be paid through PayPal. If a buyer pays for one of my items through PayPal, and I don't get the money from PayPal, who is responsible for paying the PayPal fees? Will PayPal hit me with the fees still, or will they charge Ebay the fee? So confusing...
