A markdown sale was set up about one and a half days ago, with an immediate start. Our entire catalogue was included and on the Marketing tab it shows that the sale is active on every item.
But not any of our products actually receives the -21% discount. Every product only shows the regular listing price.
Contacting eBay (through Facebook - the only way that usually works) did not lead to any support.
I am lost. No idea what is wrong, and no help.
