I've been disconnected 3 times today while on the phone with Merchant Support team.
The 3rd member said the phone system has been acting up, logs are not updated and the system has been restarted twice today already... then we got cut off lol.
just heads up in case y'all need to call, it may end abruptly and you may not be able to get the same agent again.
