I managed to activate it. However this after I put new listings on that were about $10 in fees. Ha ha ha.

Oh well, I have lots more "stuff" to sell. I still have the walls, ceiling and door frames! 😉

It's a generic promo -- when you get that message, it means you were invited to use a similar promo in the past and the old promo dates are still associated with your account. 

If invited this time, your account would have the new dates, and activation would have worked.

I got it today and have listed 440 and 60 left, will be done tomorrow.  I noticed with free promos, my items get sold better than my free monthly listings!  Just wish it is 1,000 or 5,000 free listings!
