Paypal error message 5100

When I try to make a PayPal shipping label I enter all the information needed then hit the calculate shipping button and I get an error 5100 message and am told there is a problem and it boots me out.

Can anyone help or give me a suggestion?

Not in any particular order,,,

1. Use Shippo

2, Use Canada Post's Snap Ship.

3, If International destination check length of the address lines (26? maximum limit per line)

4. Try again later.

5, Your Solutions for Small Business (Venture One) number is set up with paypal

6. The Canada Post website that paypal connects to is down.

Paypal uses code 5100 for a variety of errors,

5. Unless something has changed in the last month or so, PayPal required (since June) that you have a Canada Post number associated with your account for you to buy Canada Post shipping. I get my regular SfSB discount if I purchase through paypal (except for Small Packet Air which has an extra discount of around 20%). But if you have using paypal earlier this month, this will not be the problem.

2. I use Snap Ship primarily on free package Tuesdays. One more to go.
