Pony boy toy cap gun

I have a vintage Pony Boy toy cap gun with a orange plug, the one who looks like those used in old western movies. It was made in the 1950s-1960s and used those red cap tape. I was wondering if it was legal to sell this in Canada or export to USA?

I don't know about the "legality" of it, but there is eBay policy on the sale of replica and toy firearms:

There are the current ones listed. Pony Boy Toy Cap Gun

https://www.ebay.ca/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p3519243.m570.l1313&_nkw=Pony+Boy+toy+cap+gun&_saca...

And recently sold.

You would need to review those listings and make a judgement from there along with the eBay policy that mentions the orange plug and use actual photos of your item to list.

“This replica gun contains the colored markings required by law, including a permanently attached orange plug."

The only other disclaimers spotted on a few checked were "replica" and "toy".

Thanks for the help, I will add the disclaimer and try to put as many pictures of the orange cap as I can to prove its permanent.
