I've posted here on this before but the invoice situation is getting very frustrating.
I've had buyers request combined shipping invoices many times with no problems. But some buyers weren't able to request invoices then I have to refund shipping cost overpayment.
I have it set up for one card is $2.99 shipping. On the item desrciption pages I post that up to a total of 6 cards is $3 total.
I don't think I have to post automatic 25 cents or 50 cents exrta shipping for every card as some buyers have been able to request invoices without that set up.
And yesterday I sold 14 cards to a buyer and he sent me this message.........
Hello, I am interested in some items from 98-99 Pacific set. I added to cart and wanted to ask for reduce shipping costs = combine shipping. But the bottom "Request total" doesn't work... Any advice please? Can you send me the final invoice?

So I have been trying since yesterday and all I get is a an ebay message--- Something went wrong, try again later.
I may be losing some sales when a buyer can't request an invoice.
Any ideas. Thanks.
