Shipping template

Hello everyone. Got a question/gripe about Ebay's relatively new shipping template.

Does anyone know why this template is having such problems. My problem is when I try to input a new shipping charge (say $32) in domestic shipping, when I save it, it keeps reverting to my original input from many months ago (say $28). The shipping input to the U.S. seems to work pretty well but Canada's template just sucks. no matter how careful I am while inputting.

What gives? Any ideas? Thanks.

There have been a few posts on the .com board about this problem and some said that removing add ons to their browser such as Ad blockers solved the problem.

Let me give a try even if I don't get the logic. Thanks for the suggestion.
