Hi, I am new to EBay. I listed an item today and the only option I had for shipping to Canada or US was flat rate no tracking, no insurance. I listed about 2 months  ago and Canada Post had many other options. I called customer service and they had no answer for me.  Did Canada Post remove tracking?  Thanks.

Both of your listings are using calculated shipping so you must have figured out to do it? Canada Post parcel services within Canada still have tracking and do some of the US/International parcel services.

I suspect that you were trying to use the generic 'standard shipping' which is not a specific service so you do have to use a flat rate with that.
