I sold and shipped an item to a customer. The customer didn't get it and filed a case, customer then informed me the SAME item has shown up for sale by another seller. Tried to report this via the reporting item system but all options are greyed out, it does not work. Tried getting in contact with Ebay, no longer taking incoming calls, give 50 minute wait time for calling you. Afraid if I contact the seller of the misdelivered item, he'll just pull it and deny he has it.
