Unable to select damaged item in drop down menu in order to refund buyer

Just had a buyer contact me about an item damaged in shipping.  I wish to refund the buyer, but there is no selection in the drop down menu for refunding for an item damaged in shipping.

Refund the buyer

Reason for refund
Select a reason for refund     
Select a reason for refund
Seller cancelled/Out of stock
Buyer cancelled
Item not received
Buyer return
Item not as described
Other adjustment
Shipping discount
 
So which do I pick?  I do believe there was provision for damaged items previously, but I am not positive on this.  Suggestions anyone?

This was resolved by requesting the buyer to open a return for damaged item.  It was then possible to refund.
