Where can buyers see shipping times for purchases?

I have a new buyer in the US complaining that a letter mail has not arrived in 8 days. I know that somewhere it shows shipping times, I hope it shows to the buyer, but I just can't find it.

The buyer has an Order Details page, they should be able to get there via their Purchases list in  My eBay.
