Buyer has asked for a refund, but I can't find the place to do it. I would appreciate any help.
I need to cancel an order, I tried Find the listing in awaiting shipment, drop down on the left, Cancel Order, but that just doesn't work, no drop down saying "Cancel Order".

I mailed a tracked package to the US around 2 p.m on Friday, and it is still saying that it is not mail when I check the tracking. Nothing I can do, it is gone, and the buyer is asking if I have mailed it. I anyone else have slow shipping?
