How do I find the place where I send a refund?

Buyer has asked for a refund, but I can't find the place to do it. I would appreciate any help.

If you go to Sellers Jub and click on "Orders" you'll see the three dots. Click the dots and it gives a drop down list, it's in there "Send Refund".

Sorry, I've searched and searched and cannot find the three dots! I really have tried.

Under orders there should be a list of each order and a circled "View Order", the three dots are to the right of that Order oval.
