We recently announced the expansion of new item condition options for pre-loved clothing listings, starting February 4. Today, we’ve made the decision to reschedule the launch of these condition options to assure the best experience possible for our customers. The new condition options rollout will now begin mid-February.
Our goal is to give you a seamless selling experience, so we’re fine-tuning the new condition options rollout in order to be more efficient and beneficial to your business. With the new condition options, you’ll be able to provide buyers with a clearer understanding of your item’s condition, reducing the likelihood of returns due to condition-related issues.
