Why don't I get a seller discount?

I have been selling on eBay for just under 3 years.  I am a bronze power seller, with 100% positive feedback reading (1 neutral feedback 9 months ago), I have all of my items listed with a 14 day return for money back and 1 day handling. 

I carefully combed through all my listings in December and made sure they all fit the requirements, as I figured that I must be doing something wrong. I found that a few of my listings showed 2 day handling.  I always ship in 1 day, but had put 2 just in case.  I had hoped that this would get me the 20% seller discount.  But so far no discount. 

Any ideas about what I'm doing wrong?

 You are currently rated Top Rated Seller (TRS) and as such should be getting a 20% rebate on your FVF.

Have you checked your most recent eBay invoice?

Don't you see the rebate?  The 20% rebate is credited once a month at time the monthly invoice is sent to you.

OP is registered in Korea, is it possible they have different TRS rules?
