Why has my free auction style listings gone from my 150 store listings

The fee structure changed on May 1.

For sellers with an eBay Stores subscription, the monthly allotments of free listings* will now be dedicated to fixed price listings, and, for listings in Collectibles categories, sellers will receive 100 additional free auction-style listings* per month.

Collectibles categories are as follows:

  • Antiques
  • Art
  • Coins & Paper Money
  • Collectibles
  • Dolls & Bears
  • Entertainment Memorabilia
  • Pottery & Glass
  • Sports Memorabilia, Cards & Fan Shop
  • Stamps
  • Toys & Hobbies

If you do pay a listing fee for an auction and the item sells, your listing fee is credited back to your account.

Why has this been done ? takes away what I might be able to earn on my records and there is no categories under collectables for records for free auction style listings

I don't know why they really did it and I don't think that it is right for them to have changed the store terms.   But if you do pay for an auction and the item sells, you are refunded the listing fee for that particular time so it might work for you to list  auctions if you are fairly confident that those items will sell.
