eBay says my funds are not on hold, but I haven't been paid since switching to Managed Payments

I've spoken with customer service SO many times.  Each time they say they have solved the problem but I still haven't been paid since May 14.  eBay owes me quite a bit of money and I don't know what to do!  Has anyone else resolved this problem?

Hi,

Yes. It's happened to a LOT of us.

contact a "Managed Payments" service rep. Do not simply contact Customer Service.  to find the link first click "Payments" in the drop down menu at the top of your Seller Hub.

then on the page that opens go to the right hand side and find the "HELP" icon with a little telephone under it.

Call the phone number.

It may take eBay a week or more to fix your account. Most of the problems have to do with your bank connection with MP.  when you set up your account if eBay was able to make a micro deposit (ie: 2cents  or something then they had access. If that is the case the Managed Payments specialist will probably guide you through re-entering your bank info manually.

There can be other problems but this is what got me up and running. Back in February and March you can find a dozen disccussions here  in "Community" about this that may also help you out.

Good luck!

Paypal has their **bleep** together, ebay... not so much. That's why I haven't switched (and am not going to). Ebay keeps pushing the "join our managed money scam OR ELSE" date further and further back. Was April 30, then May 31, today they tell me its June 15.

4 months and counting for me.  I use the biggest Canadian bank and they keep saying they cannot send my funds to the account and countlessly told me to re-enter my account & card details as it keeps kicking back.  Bank of Montreal said to stop as it was a security risk entering the details so many times and many of their account holders pay/get paid through Ebay everyday with no problems.  Talked with Ebay tech and likely a dozen agents and all they say it to "delete and re-enter your account & card details".  This after 2 months ago the tech dept. telling me there was a problem on their end but then they changed the story.  First and last time I use these fraudsters and out my $280.00!!
