I wish they would instruct the callers to use the robotic Resolution Centre, even if it means walking the caller through the process.
Instead, it seems from posts we see here, the clerks seem to be sympathetic and do nothing useful.
It would also be helpful if eBay asked all applicants for the call centre jobs, "What is Canada? Can you show me Canada on a map? Is Canada part of the USA? " and hire those who get at least two out of three.
