Sold a Glass negative (old car 1918 or so, in front of a house, not that that matters, just a cool image.)
my buyer in the U.S. is having a problem with "ebayUS' the purchase does not show in their history.
Been paid, shows on my account, and PP , but buyer simply can not find it in theirs.
So my Question to ebay or anyone who might have experienced the same issues with sales to U.S. Just want to give the buyer a work around or options.
Yes I did suggest log into ebay Canada to check purchase history.
Seems, rather counter to selling, if buyers can not see their international purchases.
they are skittish enough as it is , last thing they need is more hurdles to vault.
any ideas?
