At what point does your Sell Your Item form refuse you?

I had a dotCOM SYI item (one of three that I was listing as Sell Similar) hang up the other day, and finally just listed it on dotCA with no problems.

Sometimes it's just a matter of closing the computer, taking the dog for a walk, and coming back when the computer imps have had a cigarette break.
