How do you list a item that runs more than 10 days or until it is sold?

You can't run an auction for more than 10 days. If you could it probably wouldn't get any bids until the last few days anyway.

You can list Fixed Price/Buy It Now items for 30 days or Good Til Cancelled. The difference is that the 30 day listings must be reviewed by the seller every ...30 days (well, duh, FF46!) while the GTC's will renew automatically.

Note that GTC listings are charged a listing fee on relisting, even if in the first month they were Free Listings.

If you have 50 or more listings, look into the costs of a Store. Not worth it for the number of listings you have at the moment.
