Ebay listing page keeps switching to french

My language preference is set to Canadian English. However when I start a listing my language continually switches to french

It automatically switches to french even when I remove "cgi5.cafr" from URL [it will just re add it]

Did you use Sell One Like This from an item originating on eBay Canada French? Or sign-in that way? 

I cannot look at the link you posted without first getting the eBay French sign-in page. 

You may need to begin your listing from scratch and delete the other.

Once a listing is started it must be finished on the same platform. So if you started on cafr the listing will remain there. Same if you list on eBay.com or any of the other eBay's.

You'll have to re-start the listing from new in the language of choice.

I occasionally use cafr to take advantage of the free searchable subtitle feature that cafr has. My french is weak, but the listing formats are fairly similar (and babelfish helps when I get lost in translation).
