I am being charged a final value fee for a cancelled order I had in auction

I cancelled an order t#252705852764 that was sold on 1/04/17 due my not being able to sell item at the time.I had personal info and data I could not remove until I got a flash drive to store. After buyer paid I refunded same day and cancelled order.I was charged final value fee of7.50 I then relisted item to auction #252705852764 and it was purchased on 1/10/17.The buyer could not pay for item after 3 days of waiting..I communicated with buyer and it was evident they could not pay.I cancelled the order on 1/12/17 but was still charged a final value fee of 8.90. So I have been charged twice for an item that I have not received and kept funds.Can you remove these fees ? Thanks.

You have to request to get your final value fees back, there are some restrictions.

Does the cancellation show as "completed" in your ebay history? Perhaps that is why the FVF doesn't show as credited yet as it would appear it is supposed to be an automatic refund once the cancellation is completed. 

You could also try calling ebay through the help&contact links to report a problem if you don't think your FVF have been refunded ....
