To the best of my knowledge you don't/you can't..as per eBay rules and policies, the payment methods are what eBay accepts; not what individual sellers want...

eBayCanada accepts: PayPal/Gpay/Visa/Mastercard/Amex and those payment methods are set by eBay

If your buyer is asking to pay with something other than the accepted processors, assume you are being set up for a scam.

Do you have your Managed Payments account set up yet?
EBay will need your chequing account info and secondary, government issued ID. I used my passport. DH used his driving license. (Avoid the micro-deposits and Tangerine.)
