when I type in www.ebay.com........... it now comes up as the Russian site!!!!! ????

my site here in New Zealand       has changed  to the Russian site........ 

What the hell is going on?  I don't want the Russian site!   All the scams come from there!

Not long ago someone claimed to have the same problem only with the rerouting leading

to ebay China.  Weird.
