HL10 Lifter

Ok I have a Aastra 9216 here and 9116 LP here I got a head set for this but cant use due to no lifter it is annoying doing it manually such as picking up phone then turning the head set on any suggestions I got a CS540 here costed a lot of $ what lifters can be used for the 9116 LP and the 9216? thanks
