How can I get in touch with a winner who may be interested in selling part of a set ?

How can I get in touch with the winner of an item ? This particular item was a bunch of wires and sensors and I would be interested in some of those wires not the entire set

you cannot contact bidders. Their identities are blocked by ebay. Only the Seller gets that information

You can contact the seller (if you were a bidder in the auction) and ask him to send your contact information to the winner.

Then the winner remains anonymous if he wants to or contacts you if he wants to.
