Yes, but only IF you list on .COM. ...

Listings on eBayCanada .CA site must be in CDN.

Yes you can list on .com in $US. You have to set up your managed payment account on .ca, not on .com with a chequing account at a Canadian bank.  If your payout choice is $US you will need a  $US chequing account at a Canadian bank.  If your bank account is in $C, your money from sales on ,com will be converted to $C before being deposited with a conversion charge (3%?)    Your account is allowed only once to choose your payout currency. You can't change it later on.

If you list on dotCOM, you will be using Flat Rate Shipping from a non-US destination.

If your items are bulky, and must travel by Parcel Rates, which are partly based on Destination, you may find it better to use dotCA and Calculated Shipping.

If you have an account with a forwarder like chitchatexpress or Stallion Express, they will take the parcels to the USA for you and ship via USPS. They do charge for this service.

Shipping is the hardest part of selling mail order.

If you are selling on dotCOM, you must ship to the USA, but Canada is an international destination.

If you are selling on dotCA, you will be listing in loonies, but as long as you have a shipping cost for US customers, they will see your listings on dotCOM

And the price the US customer sees will be in US dollars with a notice of the price in loonies.
