The ebay resolution center only refunded 1/2 my order as the seller sent fake shipping info this was handled quickly

then i opened a 2nd Case ID : 5243020529 for the other 1/2 of my order ( same shipping info ) and now the resolution center keeps extending the compilation date first it was 10 days in 18 august now the 22 august this will be all most a month over the due shipping date

Nobody likes to wait, and it's not the best scenario but you do have case #5243020529 and are good to go.

Your concerns would be best directed to an eBay representative.

Have eBay call you.

"Fake shipping"?

While sellers who have an excellent selling record (TRS or PowerSeller) and use a No Returns policy can refuse to refund their shipping costs, I wonder what exactly happened.

I think you mean the seller said he put two different purchases in the same shipment, but actually only sent one.
