Did not receive supplies coupon.

Both my daughter and I opened up Ebay stores after October 1st.  Neither of us have received a supplies coupon from Ebay.   Is there a glitch in the system?

Do I phone them?

We received no email with it and nothing in the account.

Coupons are issued January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1.
