New Style Store Layout - Is it Available in Canada?

I've been looking at upgrading my entire store layout and I stumbled across a really sleek looking layout for a store on Ebay.Co.UK. Can anyone tell me if this same build functionality is available to us in Canada? It looks quite fantastic.

Some store views may be placed on eBay by the seller... or by  a third-party provider.

The gallery view.... that appears to be in your store...  is a very good option for a store

As far as I know your store layout is the newest one. I think that the one that you are asking about is a custom design.  I didn’t think that could be done anymore but I could be wrong.
