Used a shipper that claims they are shipping from Asia but has tracking
number from a country in Europe. Can items be shipped under the same
handle but ship from different countries under Global Shipping?
Has the ebay paypal security key card changed to a symantec validation &
id protection card? Like, no longer the original yellow to black and
