i have posted already, but i was thinking why ebay thinks anyone needed a third party when the seller ships items themselves. I think global is trying to scam ebay to make money, canadians do not pay any extra charge for any package from anywhere and...

i'm buying a top from u.s. and there is and added cost from a global co., third party the seller tells me its new from ebay. why seems kind of excessive, a lot of canadians will find alternate ways of buying on ebay!!!!!
