I sold an expensive item via promoted listings, buyer asked for cancellation soon after, order cancelled. All selling fees are refunded back but promotion fee is still showing charged in transactions.

This isn't possible to go for bussinesses with quick method of remitting Gst/Hst. Who can we contact ? eBay guys please clarify
