choose USD payouts but after signing up I never saw the option to choose
USD or even CAD for that matter, contacted support and they just keep
telling me that no Canadian can get USD...
Is there any possibility of allowing payouts in both CAD and USD with
managed payments in the future? Or at least the ability to change payout
currency? The current way the program is set up is really unappealing
and honestly detrimental to many sell...
