Selling Limit

Hi I have been only selling in Canada but now changing to sell on the USA Ebay site. If my basic store limit is 250 listings per month for Ebay Canada does that mean that I cansell 250 more (different than Canada) listings in Ebay USA? I keep getting...

Did not receive supplies coupon.

Both my daughter and I opened up Ebay stores after October 1st. Neither of us have received a supplies coupon from Ebay. Is there a glitch in the system?Do I phone them?We received no email with it and nothing in the account. thanks

Are we allowed to use Hash Tags in the bottom of our description section?Has anyone used them?

Listings Question

I have been a seller for about three months now. I do not have a store yet. If I get a store now, will my listings go up to what is allowed in the store or is there the same thing without a store..and you have get a certain amount allowed each month....
