I don't know about any of you but does anyone have a lot of issues with people placing bids, winning them and not paying for items? I opened so many cases and a lot of them they don't even get paid. Anyone know what Ebay doing about this? I feel it's a waste of my time and it's not fair people do...

would you please be able to tell me who sets the prices for the shipping and handling i noticed that they are a lot higher than lets say last year it makes it harder to bid on more items because of the shipping prices being high is it the post office or ebay reasponsible
