I am fairly new to this and I have a listing that is no longer available and want to cancel but there is 1 bid on it already. Can I cancel and send the bidder a email telling him that it is not available any more? or do I have to let the time run out and then do something ?

Since eBay knows where I live (it can guesstimate shipping based on my postal code), why do I have to juggle the different timezones between Canada and the USA? Why are they different anyway? Canada is EST, while the USA is PST.

How do I set my saved searches to exclude merchandise that an American store won't sell to me because I'm Canadian? eBay tells me to contact the owner in these cases, but most of the time they also have blocked contact.

Does it make a difference if I open a US dollar account in Canada for my Paypal account. They take a large fee everytime I transfer funds to my canadian account. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Brian

Hi, according to what I know, if I buy/bid on single item eBay will send invoice to the buyer to complete the transaction, seller do not need to send invoice if Shipping cost isnot different with the listing, but I have some of buyer who hit BIN or bid on auction won't pay until I send them...
