A buyer purchased an item - Buy it now and paid for it. Now they wish to cancel the transaction.

A buyer bought and paid for an item - Buy It Now.  They now say they made a big mistake and wish to cancel the transaction.  How can I do this and get my fees back as well?  Thanks.

You can open a "cancel transaction case", your eBay and Paypal fees will be refunded.
