Why did EBAY not contact me about a dispute. Buyer waited 44 days after payment.I never heard from the buyer.He filed a claim with pay pal and received a refund.Paypal emails went into junk mail when I was away.I check my ebay daily and not one notice. The package was insured and trackable. I lost the item, postage, and unable to make a postal claim after 60 days.

It's is still your responsibility to make sure that you are set up to receive communications.

If you believe the buyer has received the item, you can invoice him again through Paypal's Send Money service.

If he had not received the item before Day 44, but has now, there is no reason to believe he will not pay. Most people are honest.
