You can use the Advanced Sell Your Item Form instead of the default Simplified Sell Your Item Form.
I believe this is one item on the dropdown menu under SELL at the top of this page.
There is a choice of US or CDN currency on that form.
And of course, if a US customer finds you on eBaydotCOM, he will see your prices in US funds as well as Canadian. All you have to do to appear on dotCOM is to give a shipping cost for US addresses.
