Does anyone else have difficulty sending a question to a seller?

It seems the verification numbers I am supplied to enter when sending a message to the seller is completely wrong....  usually end up trying 10 or 12 times before giving up...  absolutely awful IT work for sure....

Those verification numbers always work fine for me.  Not sure why you are experiencing a problem.

Have you tried a different browser?

I used to have that problem but it's been fine now for over a year. You might have better luck by clicking on 'listen to the numbers' and doing it that way.

I got the same problem but found a trick : I refresh the verification number and type the new one just before sending the message.

I think the code is usable for a short lapse of time or it's a kind of bug in Internet Explorer.
