HAVE YOU USED EMAIL MARKETING?

I vaguely remember getting a similar message when I was working the bugs out so it may be you. I wish I could remember what I did wrong back then but too much time has passed. I also just tested my link and it seems to work OK.

I got in ok to the create email, you may want to try again. But I have no subscribers on my list.:-( so I don't think I will send an email to no-one.

Just recieved this,
I apologize for the trouble you have had with this feature. I can
confirm that this is a problem on the eBay site, and not with your own
PC. I have viewed your store and I see that it has the "&" symbol in
the store name. There is a site issue that is causing trouble with the
email marketing feature because of the & symbol. I know that sounds a
little crazy, but it is that symbol only in the store name that is
causing that error. We are working on getting it resolved, but in the
meantime, you can go in and change your store name and write out "and"
instead of using the symbol. You wont have any trouble with the feature
then. Once the problem is fixed, you can change it back.

nan*55 - that makes sense! In html the ampersand is the signal for starting a code and the semi-colon is the end signal - thus & cent ; (with no spaces) will give you the ¢ sign. Names (and auction titles) are in html, and the program is looking for the rest of the code.

Yes, but you might want to think twice about changing your store name, if you market with the URL for your store. I believe the store name is part of the URL, and if you change the name, you get a new URL. So cards or emails you sent out with your store URL will not work.
