Has anyone ever got an email from Customer Service stating you violated a policy?

Today I got  a message from customer service stating I was in violation of Ebay policy.  The action taken said "The following feedback has been removed:" but nothing followed it  and I have no idea what they are referring to .  I always leave feedback for sellers I buy from, because I know, as a seller, how important it is.  And I can't think of a time I have ever said anything derogatory or spiteful.  I honestly can't imagine what they are talking about.   

 

Any body else ever get a message like this and have any idea what kind of feedback would make them send this to me?
